Is a quote free and no-obligation?
Always. You'll get a clear price and timeline before anything is agreed - no pressure, no charge just for asking.
What should I include in my first message?
Roughly what the project is, your deadline, and a link to raw footage if you have it - I'll fill in any gaps with a quick follow-up.

Working Together & Process
How fast is turnaround?
Most standard edits are delivered in 2-5 working days depending on the project. On a monthly plan, turnaround is 3-5 days on Starter, 2-3 days on Pro, and 24-48 hours on Enterprise. Per-project work is typically 3-5 working days from receiving footage, depending on length and complexity.
Who actually edits my project?
I do. Every edit, from first cut to final export - no outsourcing, no handoffs, no freelancers you've never met touching your project.
What if I don't like the first cut?
Revisions are built into every plan, so we'll go back and forth until it's right. Every project includes review rounds, and a job isn't finished until you're genuinely happy with it - unlimited minor revisions are included, with major restructures scoped separately if needed.
What if I need more revisions than are included?
Extra revision rounds can be added to any plan for a flat fee (£35), or you can upgrade to a plan with more included rounds.
Do you offer rush delivery?
Yes - rush turnaround is available for an extra fee (from £60) depending on project size and current workload. Just flag it when you enquire.
Can you match my channel's style or a reference video?
Yes - send two or three examples of edits you like (yours or someone else's) and I'll match pacing, captions and colour treatment. Brand guidelines are followed exactly if you have them, and a short style guide can be built for repeat projects.
Do you work with agencies or teams?
Yes - plenty of my ongoing work comes through agencies and small teams who need a reliable editor they don't have to manage closely. The Enterprise plan is built for that kind of ongoing volume.
Can I switch, pause or cancel my plan?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can switch plans any time if your workload changes, pause anytime between projects at no charge, and cancel with 14 days' notice - no lock-in on any plan.
Footage & Delivery
How do I send you my footage?
Whatever's easiest - WeTransfer, Google Drive, Dropbox or a direct upload link. Large files are welcome with no strict size limits, and no special software is required on your end. We'll agree the best method once the brief is confirmed, and footage is stored securely and deleted after the project unless you ask me to keep it.
What file formats do you deliver?
Whatever format you need - MP4, MOV, ProRes, and platform-specific exports for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and more. You'll get a master file plus platform-ready exports, and the project archive is kept for 90 days.
Who owns the final files?
You do. Full ownership and usage rights transfer to you on final delivery.
Trust & Confidentiality
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, happily - before footage is shared if needed. A lot of my work is confidential broadcast and client content, so I'm used to working under NDA and keeping footage private. Just mention it in your message and I'll send one over.
Do you work with clients outside the UK?
Yes, I work remotely with clients worldwide and I'm used to coordinating across time zones.
What software do you edit in?
Premiere Pro for editing, DaVinci Resolve for colour grading, Audacity for audio, After Effects for motion and Photoshop for stills - the same professional stack I've used across broadcast and freelance work.
